One of the many benefits of your NPS membership is our priority repair service for your registered Nikon equipment. To keep you shooting while your gear is being repaired, we also give you the option to loan professional Nikon equipment.

The repair process:

  • Click on the “Repair/Service Product” button
  • Enter NPS Membership Number
  • Enter your name, contact number and email
  • Enter shipping address
  • Enter description of fault and product being sent
  • If a loan is required, select the product from the drop down menu
  • Enter date requested*

  • Loan service – for emergency use only (subject to availability, only avaliable for equipment serviced directly by Nikon Australia Service in Sydney.)
    • The NPS Member agrees to take full responsibility for the equipment loaned and to fully indemnify and hold Nikon harmless for any loss or damages. The equipment loaned shall remain the property of Nikon. Upon the cancellation or completion of the event and/or repair of the NPS member’s equipment by Nikon, the NPS member agrees to return the loaned equipment to NPS Australia in the condition which it was loaned. Nikon has in its sole discretion and subject to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.)
