Congratulations to the winner of Movie Extra Tropfest 2012, Alethea Jones, Director of ‘Lemonade Stand’!

Tropfest is Australia’s most prestigious short film festival and one of its most iconic cultural events. With crowds of over 150,000 each year, it is the largest short film festival in the world. This year, the new Nikon D800 is the official camera of Tropfest, and Alethea has won a Nikon D800 and lens prize pack up to the value of $6,000RRP.

With the ability to shoot 1080p HD uncompressed video with high-fidelity audio recording control, there’s no doubt the Nikon D800 will be the camera of choice for film makers for years to come.
