Currently Danny works with a D2XS (soon to be retired.), a D3s and soon a D3x together with a bag full of lenses from 10mm to 500mm and several Nikon flash units. He still owns an F5 film camera – not a lot of use these days - still loves it though.

Danny started shooting for a newspaper in London, after having completed his cadetship at the National Library of Australia (NLA) in Canberra. In Sydney he shot architecture, industry, wedding and portraiture using various camera formats. After a move to the Blue Mountains Danny operated a photographic tour company and conducted workshops and tours in the Blue Mountains. He also taught photography at TAFE in both Sydney and Penrith. He then relocated to Albury/Wodonga, where he continued to direct photographic tours and teach photography at TAFE. In addition to teaching he now shoots industry, travel, landscapes and stock photography. Danny is actively involved in large format traditional photography and exhibits twice a year. He has won many awards including the WIPM Licenciate for Portrait and Landscape.
