Untitled Album

My grandpa used to be the master of Syrian sweets during his time. No one in the family learnt the skills he had, but that hasn’t stopped me from trying. I’ve dug up some of his old ajwa/mamoul moulds, hand crafted, and over 20 years old. My search for the best ajwa recipe started, & after many unsuccessful attempts, I can finally top my ajwas with a Syrian Jasmine flower in memory of my grandpa.
