My Nikon Life and Nikon-Walkley Awards

The Nikon-Walkley Press Photo Awards is the most prestigious competition for photojournalists in Australia. Nikon proudly sponsors these awards in seven categories including; News Photography, Daily Life, Sport, Photographic Essay, Portrait, Community/Regional Photography and the Nikon-Walkley Press Photographer of the Year.

The 2012 competition is open to any photographer who has submitted a photo for publication in an Australian media outlet in the 12 months from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012.

For Entrants

Simply join up as a member of My Nikon Life. You will also need your MEAA (Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance) membership number or credit card details if you are not an MEAA member, in order to complete your submission. Click here to request your membership number.

First, join or sign in to My Nikon Life.
Now you can upload your photos to My Nikon Life, and enter the category requirements.
Once you have submitted your images in your choice of categories, you will be transferred to walkley.com to complete your entry.
