A highlight of a birthday is the cake! It’s fun to create a surprise for the birthday person. Singing happy birthday around a delicious cake, clapping after the candles have been blown out, waiting anxiously to taste it. Without a cake it isn’t the same! The cake is eaten in minutes, wow where did it go after all the planning and creating? Hopefully some cake is left to fight over the next day!
