It is hot and humid, time for lunch – we wander into the local restaurant – ahhhhhh airconditioning is working. The young vietnamese waitress is keen for us to try their local specialty. We have spent a few days in Hoi An now and have enjoyed the shopping – today is about eating and enjoying the foods the town has to offer. Seafood is abundant and the fresh vegetables are ready to cook and eat.
