Update: Working on the next adventure as you read this, State8/Great8 - watch this space!

I worked as Tourism Queensland's Global Ambassador and enjoy travel, photography and huge adventures!

After driving solo around Africa in 2008 (www.afritrex.com) to raise money for charity by climbing the five highest mountains on the continent and running five marathons I entered the Best Job in the World competition. (www.islandreefjob.com)

Some how I managed to beat 34,684 other people to the title of "Island caretaker for the Great Barrier Reef" and enjoyed six months blogging and photographing my adventures.

My next adventure is another big one. 1600kms kayaking over four months along the Great Barrier Reef. I'm working together with Nikon to bring you some incredible images and video of the adventure through my new website (www.bestexpeditionintheworld.com).
