Australia loves to dress up, especially during the summer holiday and festival season.

The Brief

Show us the best, the worst and most embarrassing outfits and costumes youve seen or been exposed to. Were looking to see fashion in all its glory or nastiness.

Most of all we want you to make us laugh!

Who can enter?

If you own a camera you qualify. We want everyone to be able to enter this assignment – it doesnt matter if you own a Nikon or not – we want to celebrate photography – and dressing up! You dont have to be a professional photographer with a DSLR; were looking for your creativity, passion and ability to capture a moment.

The Prize

The winner will attend a one-day Editorial Fashion Photography Course (in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne) with renowned fashion photographer and Nikon School lecturer Christian Blanchard. During the day Christian will teach you specialised fashion photography techniques in a live photo shoot and share some of the tips that he has learned on his path to international acclaim.

Course Outcomes

• Build on your existing DSLR photography knowledge
• Gain confidence in specialised techniques
• Understand how to work with your model and your team

A condition of accepting the prize is that you will need to organise your own travel arrangements to and from a workshop in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
