PMA Digital Life Expo in Review

It was one of Nikon Australia’s biggest weekend’s of the year, and PMA Australia’s 2010 Digital Life Expo did not disappoint.
We hope the show gave everyone some inspiration and knowledge to take their photography further and share their vision with the rest of the community. And make sure you share it with us on My Nikon Life!
Our new stand proved to be a huge success! The record registration rates were evident at our stand with consistent traffic flowing through to all sections. And, we just could not keep up with the demand for our gift bags!
Check out our Stop Motion Film of the Nikon stands presence from start to finish of PMA.
A wide range of our DSLR, lenses and COOLPIX cameras were on display, demonstrated by our staff and available to be tested by all. A couple of our DSLR’s also featured in our custom-designed low light studio. It constantly amazed people the level of detail and clarity acheived using our cameras in such extreme conditions.
We held back to back talks at our theatrette including sessions with our Brand Ambassadsors Rocco Ancora, Mark Watson, David Oliver and Marcus Bell. Regular short Nikon School classes were also on the schedule to give everyone helpful hints on how to improve their photography skills (for more information about Nikon School, please visit www.mynikonlife.com.au/school).
Showing off our history, there was a Nikon museum showcasing a selection of Nikon SLR and compact cameras from as far back as 1954!
But the most popular section was our mezzanine level long lens demonstration area where attendees could see the Digital Life Expo from above through the lens of a professional photographer. Experience the life of a paparazzi!
If you missed out take the tour with Charlie Brown!
See you at PMA Digital Life Expo in 2011!
