Projector brightness is now increased to 14 lumens, allowing for projection up to a distance of 2.4 metres and up to 120cm display size. Projection in brighter surroundings like inside a tent or onto a ceiling is clearer and images are displayed simultaneously in the camera monitor while projecting, putting projector operation in the palm of your hand.

• High-resolution monitor – the high visibility 460k-dot high-resolution monitor reproduces detailed sections more clearly.

• Resistive touch panel – the touch panel supports intuitive operation, including a touch shutter function for focusing and shooting at the touch of a finger.

• Hard coating – Even using touch panel operations, fingerprints don’t easily stay on the monitor, and any that remain are more easily wiped off.

Project a computer display using USB connection

Images and text created on a Windows PC or Macintosh computer can be easily projected using the camera’s USB connection. *Dedicated driver software is required. Display speed is dependent on computer performance.

Interactive retouching functions using the touch panel

• While projecting – Make projections more enjoyable by adding interactive text, drawings, or decorative images using the touch panel.

• With monitor playback – Edit images and adjust faces displayed in the monitor without using a computer, Six filter effects and ‘Glamour Retouch’ are available and retouched images are stored separately from original images, so you can create multiple versions of the same image.

  Emphasises the subject by blurring the area surrounding the point that has been tapped.
• Selective color
  Keep one specified color in the picture, and change other colors to black and white.
• Cross screen
  Produce star shapes that radiate outward from bright objects, like reflected sunlight or city lights.
• Fisheye
  Make pictures look like they were taken with a fisheye lens.
• Miniature effect
  Create a diorama look by sharpening the centre of the image and blurring portions at the top and bottom of the image.

High-definition movie recording catches the moment at the touch of a button

The inclusion of a separate movie-record button enables quick and simple high-definition movie recording at 1280x — 720 pixels.

Advanced projector operation

For easier operation and fine-tuned focusing, an integrated projector button/projector focus dial is conveniently positioned on the top of the camera. The addition of a built-in projector stand eliminates the need for a separate stand.
